Located in the heart of Toronto's financial district, Chotto Matte's fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine was the inspiration for this extensive restaurant build, transforming the interior space into a lush, colourful and exotic atmosphere. CCW's showstopping interior finishes included two live edge bars, upholstery, custom metal and wood components, and the unique Shou Sugi Ban Japanese-inspired wood ceiling.
